EQUITY SAVER

Full Service MLS Listing for 1.5% which markets to Buyers via the MLS® & Realtor.com®. If you agree to show your own home then there are NO additional fees and JKR will handle the entire process including: Pre-Qualifying the Buyer, Contract Negotiation & Paperwork, Escrow, & Title work expediting. A Buyer's Agent fee of 2.5% is offered to get on the MLS® but waived by JKR Realty making your total real estate fees ONLY 1.5%!

CO-AGENT

If JKR Realty finds the buyer and shows your house the total real estate fees paid will be just 2.5%. JKR will waive the additional 1.4% of the Buyer's Agent fee. JKR will handle all aspects of the transaction.

REALTOR SALE

Whenever another Realtor® finds the buyer for your home your total real estate fees will be just 3.9%. JKR will handle all aspects of the transaction.
