JKR offers our Agents/Brokers a Recruiting Bonus that rewards our Associates for building market share in each town through personnel. Brokers for our new branch offices have the ability to earn 100% of their commissions in the first three months up to the initial start-up expense to offset those costs. JKR is the most progressive real estate companies at ensuring our Agents/Brokers earn an above average income over the industry.
NO Franchise Fees
At JKR we strive to earn revenue when our Associates earn an income. JKR has a branch office business structure. We are NOT a franchise and therefore DO NOT charge franchise fees that range from $15,000 to $25,000 as well as monthly advertising minimums or royalty fees. Our goal is to help you build the market by utilizing our time-tested marketing strategies and corporate support system. JKR offers our Brokers a reimbursement program to help pay for the initial start up costs such as licensing fees, signs, and other business related expenses. Our goal is to make money when our Associates earn income, NOT from selling a franchise! Our Brokers are business managers, not just Realtors™.
Recruiting Bonus
To ensure the concept of teamwork which increases the productivity of each branch office, JKR offers our Agents/Brokers a 5% Recruiting Bonus paid on all closed transactions to the sponsoring Associate. As an Agent, this bonus will continue to be paid on every recruit you sponsor for as long as you remain with JKR. As a Managing Broker with JKR, you will qualify for a Management Bonus, Annual Branch Bonus, and Retirement Bonus. Our goal is to hire professional real estate experts and help them build lasting and financially rewarding careers with JKR.
